Shirley Feed Mill is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Feed Mill Worker. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a small team, and working in an agricultural environment, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Mixing and bagging custom livestock feed
Loading/unloading trucks and customer vehicles
Operating basic mill equipment (training provided)
Keeping the mill clean and organized
Assisting customers as needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Comfortable working in a dusty environment
Forklift experience is a plus (but not required)
Basic mechanical skills helpful
