Everything in this set has been reconditioned, tested, and works good. The engine has been serviced, the cars and illuminated caboose are all in good condition, the operating semaphore and automatic gateman work perfect. The long bridge is illuminated. Tracks are 027, and I adapted the layout from original Lionel showroom specs that used Super O track which has 36" curves. I made the same layout fit 4x8 using 027 tracks. Set includes an operating milkcar with pen, operating log dump car with bin, 6 remote switches, a Lionel operating beacon tower, tunnel, signal bridge, and switch tower. A full trestle set with clips, operating searchlight car, 78 tracks all polished on top, pair illuminated Lionel red cap bumpers, a Lionel 125w LW type transformer. I used special trigger tracks for the Gateman and Semaphore for best operating results. You'll need to add wire to the tracks and accessories to go underneath your board of choice. Board size is 4x8.
