We are a fast-growing, family-owned granite, marble, and quartz countertop fabricator and distributor serving residential builders, kitchen & bath dealers, and high-end remodelers throughout Wisconsin. With our own in-house fabrication facility, slab yard, and direct import partnerships, we pride ourselves on quality, speed, and exceptional customer experience.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Granite Sales & Operations Manager who can wear two hats equally well:
Drive slab and remnant sales (B2B and retail)
Oversee daily shop/warehouse operations and ensure flawless execution from sale to install

Key Responsibilities
Sales (50% of role)
Actively sell granite, marble, quartz, and remnant pieces to builders, designers, remodelers, and walk-in retail customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Conduct slab yard tours and selections with clients
Quote projects accurately and close sales quickly
Develop promotions and marketing initiatives for the slab showroom
Track market pricing and competitor activity
Operations (50% of role)
Aid in Managing the full production pipeline: templating → material selection → fabrication → delivery → installation
Supervise sales team, install crews, warehouse staff, and office coordinator
Optimize shop scheduling and capacity to hit promised lead times
Oversee inventory management (slabs, remnants, consumables)
Implement and enforce quality control standards
Coordinate with purchasing/import team on container arrivals
Ensure safety compliance and a clean, organized facility
Resolve any customer issues from measurement through final walkthrough
What You Bring
2+ years of natural stone (granite/marble/quartz) industry preferred.
Proven track record in slab sales and/or countertop operations management
Deep product knowledge: seam placement, edge details, veining, movement, exotic materials, etc.
Strong existing relationships with builders/designers in the area is a major plus
Experience with Moraware, Slabsmith, or similar stone software a plus
Leadership skills – you can motivate a team and hold them accountable
Excellent communicator with customers and staff alike
Comfortable on site and in the showroom
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
Clean driving record and ability to occasionally help with deliveries or client visits
