Logistics Associate

If you love keeping operations moving and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role is for you. Enjoy a later start and consistent schedule — this position works from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, giving you time in the morning for family, fitness, or avoiding rush-hour traffic. You’ll prepare freight documentation, support drivers and carriers, manage inbound receiving, and coordinate customer returns. You’ll also handle pallet purchasing and inventory while partnering with Sales to meet customer shipping needs — from dock times to expedited orders. Be the key link that keeps our finished goods flowing smoothly out the door.

• Prepare computer‑generated and manual delivery dockets for outbound loads
• Assist drivers, carriers, Sales Services, and department staff
• Accurately receive inbound materials and complete required documentation
• Coordinate customer returns for the division
• Manage pallet purchasing, inventory, and pallet exchange programs
• Support Sales with dock times, load tags, blind shipments, expedited orders, and special requests
• Coordinate finished‑goods loads with carriers, drivers, and customers
• Oversee 3rd‑party production deliveries, stock tags, and related recordkeeping
• Maintain office organization in alignment with 6S Lean standards
• Follow all Product Safety and Quality Management policies and procedures

• Two‑year technical college degree in logistics or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Prior experience preparing logistics documentation in a Shipping or Transportation department preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage paperwork efficiently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in all tasks
• Comfortable working through challenging situations in a fast pace environment
• Participate in creating a cohesive and professional office team
