Finished basement bedroom with a private bathroom for rent. You will share the rest of the house with two other roommates who have their own bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor. The kitchen and living room are shared, as are household responsibilities. There's also a small storage room in the basement. Utilities generally run about $50 per person per month. Each roommate also contributes to common household goods (paper towels, dish detergent, sponges, and the like) on a rotating schedule, which averages about $20 per person four times per year. This is to transfer the remainder of the current lease ending 7/31/2020.
