I've owned this amp since the early 1980's. I ran it for both guitar and bass. Powerful amp - lots of volume. It has been great to me, but it is time to move on to someone else that can use it.

The amp has EL34/6CA7 - so more of a British tone, than a lot of the American versions with the 6550's.

This is one of the last years that Marshall was still using point to point wiring, so, pre printed circuit boards.

The 4x12 in the photos is already sold - this listing is just the head.
