These were in plastic-/ I took them all out to get a better picture. They are powder coated dark brown. I have no idea what they would be used for. The screw in the middle is just taped on so I wouldn’t lose it. Very heavy duty gauge metal. They are $1.00 each— a bargain at that price. Cash only.
