Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist helps the organizion thrive by delivering trusted, high-impact HR support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Talent Development, this role partners with leaders across multiple divisions and strengthens the team through coaching, shared best practices, and consistent, people-centered guidance th supports a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, pre-employment requirements, and candide communicion.
• Lead and/or support employee relions activities, including investigions, documention, corrective action, and resolution planning, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with applicable laws
• Maintain and improve access to current HR resources (e.g., SharePoint) to support self-service and consistent informion sharing.
• Build HR team connection and capability by coordining regional HR meetings and HR team calls; promote best-practice sharing across locions.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders and employees, including coaching on policy interpretion, performance management, documention, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Provide interim HR support to divisions as needed.
• Evalue and improve the effectiveness of recruiting stregy and spend, including use of agencies, talent acquisition partners, and recruiting technology; recommend adjustments to improve candide flow, quality, and cost.
• Maintain knowledge of HR best practices, regulory changes, and HR technology; recommend and support process improvements to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualificions

• Educion: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or reled field required. Equivalent combinion of educion and experience may be considered.
• Certificions: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience. Manufacturing environment experience in a union environment is a plus.
• Competencies: Strong communicion and interpersonal skills; demonstred ability to build relionships all levels; sound judgment, confidentiality, tention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with follow-through.
