My family of 5 has been renting our current duplex for 4 years our landlord sold the property and they gave us till april 30th to get out. We do have housing have had it for 7 years at 2 places have good references with it we always do our part to make sure inspection passes. We have 3 boys 19 yr old senior 14 yr old and almost 5 yr old. We have multiple sources of steady income relatively decent credit. The reason we are on assistance is due to my health I am disabled with a genetic condition but do also have a small part time job and my significant other is a hodgkin's lymphoma survivor who has been in remission for 3 years now but due to chemo he became an epileptic so can only physically handle part time work he has had his job for 5 years through everything. Our son also has a job as well. We are family oriented don't have much company and just want a place our family will be happy with till we can own ourselves. We do have a 6 lb teddy bear or shichon dog which is a medically documented emotional support dog who is crate trained but with me almost all the time. We just need a quality home to raise our family but so many don't want to take our guaranteed rent assistance. We have direct bank to bank transferred our rent for the past 3 years on the 3rd of the month. Please look past the assistance and see what we are quality renters who will treat your home with love and respect.
