Chiropractic office seeks a professional, energetic, detail-oriented and dependable assistant.
Position requires great organizational, communication, and computer skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Provide patient education
- Work closely with doctor(s) in support of patients
- Greet incoming patients, schedule appointments, process paperwork, enter information into the system, scan insurance cards
- Perform patient check in and check out, appointment scheduling, cancellation and rescheduling to include patient registration either on the phone or in person
- Collecting fees and checking insurance benefits
- Ensure a high level of customer service to patients, supporting a fast-paced practice by working closely with patients and doctor(s)
- Operate the hyperbaric oxygen chambers safely and with attention to the patient's needs
- Clean the hyperbaric oxygen chambers
- Help where needed in the office
**Experience:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in windows based computer systems
- Experience with working with the public for at least 2 years
