13hp Tecumseh. Motor might be good but can't get part the compression stroke to start. 38" deck is good. Rear axle has a wobbly pulley bearing on top. Tires hold air. Gas tank was just cleaned. Flywheel magnets are gone. No battery. Seat ripped but useable. Good nose and hood.
