Wednesday morning, I put my garbage bag out by the road. I am old, I have a bad back, bad heart valves and nine fused vertebrates. With a little work I got the bag to the road. Today upon returning from work, where one of my requirements is to lift 50 pounds and I have a professional job. MANY occupations have heavier lifting limits than 50 pounds. I see the bag in the same location with a toe tag on it. The tag says "Too Heavy". Really? Maybe the garbage person should go to school, get an education and a cushy CEO job so they don't have to any physical work. If not, suck it up and do your job. When you are the garbage pick-up person, you should expect to do some sort of physical work.
Our village will allow this and dismiss the needs of the community members. Sad that we are not represented at the local government level.
