We built this loft for my son several years ago, but we don't need it anymore. It's very sturdy, with solid pine 2x6 and 2x4 construction. The bed platform is on 3/4" plywood and can support a lot of weight - verified to support over 300# without the slightest bit of shakiness or instability.

The loft was disassembled to remain as easy as possible to put back together. There are only a few pieces to attach and those pieces are labeled to eliminate any confusion. Here's what you'll get:

- All the wood, sanded for smoothness with soft eges
- All the hardware (lag bolts, carriage bolts, nuts, and washers)
- A handy shelf that acts as a night stand
- Pre-drilled holes for setup of left or right entry.
