this fireplace is several years old with very little use and, works well.
i took it out to bring back the original wood fireplace.
this is the dimension of fire box 32w x 23-3/4 x 16-1/4.
it comes with a 3 sided trim piece(s) and safety screen as shown in photo. total dimensions are in photo.
comes with remote and has the blower installed.
everything goes with it, 2 Pieces, aprox 15' of vent tube, chimney cap and, about 9' of gas line, that ran to the outside.
and a few misc items
