"In remembrance of those who have fallen", Black Jack (Morgan/Quarter Horse cross), led over 1,000 Arlington Cemetery military funerals as part of full-honors military funeral cortege, for Army or Marine corps Colonel or higher, presidents Hoover and Johnson, Gen. Mcarthur, and most notably president John F. Kennedy.
Empty saddle and boots facing backward symbolizes loss of fallen leader but one who is looking back over his troops for the last time.
