TV only. No remote or stand. There are some marks and scratches on the screen, the most noticeable one being a ding on the bottom right area of the screen. Really could use a tune-up using the Sony Service Menu accessible by any OEM Sony TV remote, as there are focus, geometry, linearity, and convergence issues that are begging to be worked on by someone familiar with this tech. There is also some jitter in the picture similar to the video example shown here:

The tube still gets very bright.

The biggest kicker---it needs to be carried up one set of stairs to get it out of the house, and I am unable to help. You will need either two very strong people for this, or three of average strength that will need a plan for the staircase since there's less room to maneuver there.
