I know there are TONS of Yoopers in the Green Bay area. You should check out the book I wrote on Yooper hospitality. It's an outsider's perspective, and more importantly, it's from the perspective of a Southern family. My wife, kids, and I moved here to Marquette County from the Gainesville, Florida area a little over three years ago, and we were completely blown away by the outpouring of love and hospitality bestowed upon us by our new Yooper neighbors. As mentioned in the book (MANY times, actually), we're fully convinced that Yooper hospitality is even greater than Southern hospitality. Whether YOU are a Yooper yourself (or maybe you just enjoy vacationing in the U.P.), or somebody you know and love, I think this book can be appreciated by people in the greater Green Bay area, too. Besides, I also mention in the book how those of you from northeastern Wisconsin are nearly identical to Yoopers in terms of your kindhearted, generous, hospitable nature. There is something in this book for just about anybody who's able to read this post! And you never know, there may even be some stories in the book from somebody YOU know.
The book is currently available on Amazon in both eBook and paperback form. You do NOT need a Kindle device to read the eBook. All you need is an internet connection. Whatever device you're currently reading this post from is adequate to read the eBook on, too! I will list the Amazon link below. But if you're unable to copy and paste into Amazon for any reason, simply type in the name (it's in the posting title) on Amazon's search bar and it will take you directly to the book. By the way, this is a BIG book. It's only 243 pages, but the book is physically very large. It's much bigger than the typical paperback. If you're in the mood for a "feel good" book of nothing but TRUE stories, give this one a read! It currently only has five reviews on Amazon, but they're ALL 5-star reviews! Thank you in advance to everybody that purchases my book! -Adam Reed
PS - If you're ever in the Marquette area, look me up on Facebook and message me. I'd love to meet up and personally sign your copy of my paperback. Thanks again, everybody!
