Get a clue. Please. You are probably an average singer at best. Have you done anything aside from karaoke and acoustic couch gigs in Green Bay? Have you recorded in LA, New York, Nashville? Have you backed up legendary jazz and soul singers? Have you been tapped to sing for radio and television? Sung for 20,000 people on live television? Had one of your original songs picked up by a show on Fox? If you answered 'yes' to at least 2 of the above questions, I apoligize for calling you "average".

In this town we have far too many Shit metal bands, Rockers with talent who aren't creative enough to play originals, or good musicians playin' far too loud over bad vocals. Why? why are there only a few groups worth checkin' out around here, and when they're good, they move to another place where they may feel more appreciated 'cuz they can't touch the hearts of our drunken fools the way an Old-assed cover band does? Why do bands have to travel from other parts of the Midwest or further just so we can experience something fresh?
I'm looking to do feel-good music in most any form.
But forget metal! forget glossy-eyed jam bands! and cheesy almost 40 flare pant wearin' po'punk crybabies, forget overcharging asshole 80's rock coverbands. I know everyone thinks they can sing, and its funny! where the fuck are they?!!!!!!!! Not in any of the bands I've seen lately. It kinda messes with me that I'm stuck playing alone on my couch or solo at an open-mic.
