This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in Morrison. It has an attached 1.5 car garage though you must go outside to access it. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The yard is small but has many shrubs so I would prefer someone who does not mind doing yard work. There is a lawn mower there to use as well as a snowblower. Currently there is an electric range and refrigerator included in the rent as well as a washer and dryer. There is a basement. This house is over 150 years old so it has character. The furnace is natural gas and was just put in 3 months ago so it is super efficient. On the budget plan it costs $109 for your electric and gas per month. The water heater is only 3 years old so it is efficient, also. There is an outside kennel on a wooden deck for a dog and I may consider allowing inside pets.
I am currently remodeling the house and so the kitchen has brand new wainscoting and chair rail as well as a new drywalled ceiling. The living room has new drywall as well and fresh paint as well as an area that is done in cedar planks and tongue and groove cedar. There is another small living area on the main floor also. The floors are hardwood in the kitchen, the small room on the first floor all of the second story. There will be new carpeting in the living room. One end of the living room has a heated tile floor that you can adjust the temperature on. There is a covered porch.
The main bedroom upstairs is very large, has a walk in closet and is freshly painted. The second bedroom is average size with a walk in closet and if not painted by the time tenant moves in will buy paint and let tenant pick color. The bathroom is average size with a large walk in closet and a tub and shower.
Time to GB is about 20 minutes; Appleton about 25 minutes; Brillion about 15 minutes.
It is currently vacant and I hope to have it ready to rent out by the middle of August.
It is located in the East DePere school district.
